 A premiere recreational facility, Cecil Recreation Complex promises to have something for everyone. A fitness center, basketball gymnasium, indoor pool and equestrian center are only a few of the highlights of this new facility.

Effective August 1, 2004, a usage fee of $2 per visit, $120 per year for Duval County residents or $150 per year for non-Duval County residents will be required.
